Born and raised in Southern Indiana, Drea brings a deep understanding and passion for the Midwest to her work. As the Managing Principal Broker and Owner of Cascadia Digs Realty, serving Oregon and Washington, Drea has managed short-term rental properties since 2018. Recognizing the synergy between real estate and STR property management, she founded Corporate and Leisure in 2023, expanding her services across multiple states.
Drea has built her successful career through strategic networking and strong relationship-building. With a Master's in Management and Organizational Leadership and certification as a Marketing Operations Manager, she combines expertise and a client-first approach to drive growth in the real estate and property management sectors.
Born and raised in Southern California, Cinese graduated from Chapman University with a BFA in Theater Performance. Her degree helped her develop a keen ability to read and connect with others, laying a solid foundation for building relationships. Over the past 20 years, Cinese has built a successful career in sales by cultivating meaningful connections, leveraging word of mouth, and consistently delivering elite customer service.
Her passion for property management ultimately led her to establish Corporate and Leisure, a short-term rental property management company based in Portland, Oregon. As the Owner and Managing Principal, Cinese brings a unique blend of sales and relationship management expertise, ensuring that clients enjoy outstanding results and memorable experiences.
